My name is Sophia, but you can call me Soph. I've always had a passion for fashion and styling.  This is why I decided to do a master's degree in Fashion Management at Parsons School of Design. After indulging in the world of fashion, I am excited to share with you different ideas, tips, and tricks on how to elevate a good outfit and to help you find your unique style. ​Hey besties, as we've seen for several weeks, flowers are back and will stay for a while. The one and only fashion trend sensation, Sofia Richie, made a statement again, and we love it. Flowers are a piece that offers classiness to an outfit. Whether you buy a top with it or wear it as an accessory, they definitely elevate a casual outfit. Why are florals so in? Well, they have become classy and bolder. Giving it a statement look for tops, dresses, and bottoms. The new florals have a more fresh and modern look, and currently, they are a great accessory. Aside from clothes, they also play a big role in jewelry. Flower earrings, necklaces, and rings are great statements that complement an outfit as well. Besties, we definitely need a flower piece!

Hey besties, long time no see! For the past two months, we’ve seen a comeback in colors and pieces, and honestly, I love it. Yes, you thought right, red, lace, flats and metallics. At first, I was somewhat skeptical about it cause they are pieces that can be hard to style due to their strong element and the visual attraction they provoke. However, they are making a statement and fit perfectly for the holidays. 

Red is a beautiful color that adds spice to an outfit. Whether you wear it as a top, bottom or accessory, it takes an outfit to another level. Lace has that classy and elegant feel; either dressed up or down, it elevates any outfit. When it comes to flats, I wasn't a big fan, but like many of us, I have been influenced by Pinterest.

Flats as well can add classiness to an outfit. Either with a dress, skirt or pants, it looks stunning. Lastly, metallics, unlike the others, these pieces have been around for almost a year now. However, I feel these past months, they have been designed more cool, classy and wearable. Just like red, metallics are the center of attention in any outfit and playing around with these pieces can be very fun.

​Whenever I think a piece won't have its comeback,  it strikes again and honestly, I'm a fan of it. Every comeback is more cool and fun to play around with, and who doesn't love to play around with fun outfits? Not all trends are loved and accepted, but this year has had an ongoing streak of bringing back such unique pieces.

Hey besties, long time no see! I promise I will start posting more. Anyway, let's get into it. Not too long ago, mixing metals was considered a fashion crime. If your purse had a gold chain, every piece of jewelry had to match, no exceptions! Even the smallest gold accent in your outfit dictated your entire look. The same strict rule applied to silver. People even said, "It drives me crazy; I must wear matching tones and metals." But for some daring fashionistas, mixing metals was always second nature. They'd confidently pair a silver belt buckle with gold earrings, no harm. But after years of feeling like rebels, those who dared to mix and match are finally vindicated. Wearing gold and silver bracelets together is no longer a crime; it’s become a statement, finally!

​As this trend has gained momentum, two-toned pieces have become a must-have in fashion. This isn’t just about mixing accessories anymore; it’s about crafting entirely new creations that are turning heads and setting trends. The dual-metal revolution has caught the attention of fashion-forward influencers like Sofia Richie and Hailey Bieber, of course, who we know to have impeccable style. These trendsetters have been spotted layering rings, necklaces, and bracelets in a mix of gold and silver, making the look even more desirable. The layering trend doesn’t stop there; even earrings are getting in on the action. The infamous “ear candy” has evolved, with two-toned pieces adding a fresh, contemporary twist. The dual-metal trend is everywhere, proving that rules are meant to be broken and fashion must always be about personal expression. So, besties, let’s start mixing it up!
